UNISON College and Learning at Work Week logos

This bitesize 60 minute webinar is suitable for all members who are interested in developing their listening skills. It is taking place as part of our Learning at Work Week series.

This course will cover:

  • What active listening is
  • How to practice your listening skills
  • Helping improve your communication skills

Attendees should expect to participate in this session involving up to 30 people, through discussion and engaging with the activities. You will need to interact with the tutor and other attendees via your mic and/or the group chat and can have your camera on should you wish.

The session will be held online via Teams on 16th May 2025 from 14:00pm to 15:00 pm
