31 March 2025 9:00am–1:00pm
This half-day course is part of our expanding set of courses on discrimination under the Equality Act 2010. It looks at the protection against discrimination in relation to ‘gender reassignment’ and the limitations of that protection in terms of gender identity generally.
As well as covering what ‘gender reassignment’ might mean under the Act, the course will work through a gender identity harassment case study. This will be useful in looking at the harassment people experience because of their gender identity as well as more general practice on how to prove the facts of harassment with any protected characteristic where people deny doing what they have been accused of.
The course will be delivered virtually over Microsoft Teams, 9am – 1pm on Monday 31 March 2025.
