Caring for someone at end of life

This online workshop is aimed at those working in a caring capacity as either social carers or in other clinical settings but may be of use to those caring for someone at end of life in a personal capacity.

This course is delivered by JMG training, one of UNISON’s specialist partners.

The workshop will cover:

  • good communication in care
  • palliative and end-of-life care
  • positive risk taking.

Attendees should expect to participate in this session with discussion and activities and (if possible) should have camera’s turned on, ready to interact with the tutor and other attendees via mic and session chat.

This workshop will be delivered on 11th June 2025, 13:00 – 16:00pm via Zoom.

Spaces will be allocated on a first come, first served, basis.
