Digital Skills Contact

24 April 2024 2:00pm–4:00pm

Are you interested in finding out about being a Digital Skills Contact?

You might want to help others to build confidence and skills to get online. You don’t need to be a digital expert to be help others with digital skills.

You do need to be confident in your own digital skills and have the patience, enthusiasm and passion to help others. Is this you?

Are you already helping colleagues and friends with their digital needs? For example

  • Have you helped a colleague set up an email address?
  • Have you shown a colleague or friend how to use Zoom or another video meeting application?
  • Have you helped a colleague access social media?

We want to work with you so that you can:

  • Understand how digital skills contact fits with you and the rep role
  • Equip members and reps with tools for digital skills support
  • Explore ways to engage members and colleagues

Is this you?? We would like to hear from you as we explore how being digital skills contact could help you and your colleagues.

Find out how to use your existing skills to help others at work or at home by joining us for this online training held via MS Teams.
