How Learning Agreements Can Help You and UNISON October

Aimed at UNISON activists, this online workshop will focus on how learning agreements can help engage with members and employers.

It will introduce how a learning agreement can work and will explore how it can form part of an organising plan or project across any sector.

By the end of the session participants will have:

  • An understanding of what a learning agreement is
  • An understanding of how a learning agreement can benefit both UNISON members and employers, and how it contributes to an effective working relationship
  • A guide and model agreement that can be used for future work plans.

There will be an opportunity for a Q&A and discussion at the end.
