Membership of the local government pension scheme (LGPS) is valuable.  This webinar will describe the basics of the LGPS: how you build up benefits, how much you pay, and how you can access your pension at retirement.  The session will consider the importance of defending access to the LGPS and the need to promote decent pensions for all.

For this Webinar your microphones will be switched off. Your mic will be controlled by the tutor who may switch on for Q & A or group chat. There is no expectation for you to have your camera on.

This session will be held via Microsoft Teams on Tuesday 20th May, 12:30 – 13:30.
