Menstruation and Menstrual health affect many of us directly, or through the colleagues, friends, and family we support. Yet in the workplace, many people still manage symptoms alone and feel unable to discuss with their managers or ask for the support they need.

Join our upcoming webinar run by Henpicked, one of the UK’s leading voices in women’s health and menstruation support. We will explore what a “typical” menstrual cycle looks like, the impact symptoms can have on working lives, and the common conditions, such as endometriosis, PCOS and fibroids, that often go unspoken. We’ll also look at practical ways to manage symptoms, how to access reliable information, and what good workplace support can look like.

This session is open to all members, whether you menstruate yourself or want to better support colleagues. Together, we can help make conversations about menstrual health more open, positive, and understood across our workplaces.

It takes place over Teams on Thursday 11th June from 12pm to 1pm.
