This online workshop is for UNISON members with an interest in mental health and wellbeing.

This session will cover:

  • change and how can we deal with change in a positive way.
  • The 4 dimensions of health and wellbeing.
  • Tips and techniques to help yourself and others to prevent mental ill health contacts and resources.

This is a participatory session involving up to 35 people, if possible you should have your camera on and interact with the tutor and other attendees via your mic and the group chat at relevant times.

The session will be held via Microsoft Teams on Monday 16th December from 9:30 to 12:30. Spaces are limited to 35 members, so please only apply if you know you can and will attend. These spaces will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
