Part of our series for UNISON members in social care, this webinar will be suitable for anyone working in the social care industry that works with individuals that require care and support on an individual or group basis.

This session will focus upon what is meant by reflective practice and the importance of reflective practice when delivering care and support to individuals.

In this session, participants will:

  • Gain an understanding of reflective practice and how it can improve your practices as a practitioner in social care
  • Explore ways to undertake reflective practice in the workplace.
  • Discuss the importance of reflective practice ensuring that you are always working within an equality and diversity framework.
