Help your members get learning online
We’ve developed a strong portfolio of online opportunities that thousands of members have been taking part in over the past few
months. But now that more of us are adjusting to the so-called ‘new normal’, more members may be ready to learn something new but worried that they may have missed the boat. Our message to all our members, and the ULRs that support them, is that you can start
online learning today or tomorrow or next week – and UNISON will be there to support you. Here are some of the opportunities that are available through Learning and Organising Services.

Check your levels
Use unionlearn’s SkillCheck self-assessment tool to identify the right level for you in English, maths and ICT. Plus there are modules on everyday finances, grammar and staying safe

Plan your future
Put new together a new plan for the future using one of six free online courses from The Open University (OU). Or use one of the other five courses to prepare for roles in healthcare, social care or school; look at what you need to take part in the voluntary sector;
