Our learning survey is still very much open, but we’re beginning to get a picture of our members’ learning needs, experiences, hopes and fears. We’re well on course to beat our 2011 record of 27,000 responses – but there’s always room for more! We’re particularly keen to get responses from more…

  • 46% said that over the past three years there had been a reduction in the number of people doing the same kind of job as them
  • 55% had undertaken training online, while 16% had attended a course at a college or adult education centre
  • 62% thought that they might be made redundant within the next 3 years
  • 70% had undertaken learning for their work or their career, while 28% had undertaken it for fun or leisure
