- 46% said that over the past three years there had been a reduction in the number of people doing the same kind of job as them
- 55% had undertaken training online, while 16% had attended a course at a college or adult education centre
- 62% thought that they might be made redundant within the next 3 years
- 70% had undertaken learning for their work or their career, while 28% had undertaken it for fun or leisure
